1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdb99 ("bdb99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bdb99.app ("Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

Account Credentials and Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally or by another person who accessed your account using your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdb99 support immediately via live chat.

bdb99 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA provides a significant additional layer of security and is available to all registered players at no cost.

Account Verification Timeline

bdb99 may request KYC documents at any point during the lifecycle of your account — not only at registration. You are required to provide the requested documents within 30 days of a verification request. Failure to provide documents within this period may result in account restriction or suspension until verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdb99 Platform — both deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdb99 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across Bangladesh.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the bdb99 Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market type, as published within the game or betting section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing bets or playing games.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation of the bet; the confirmed odds are displayed in the bet slip and in your bet history.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at bdb99's discretion. bdb99 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice, including in response to a significant event in the match (e.g., a wicket, a goal, or a red card).
• Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or deemed void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that competition.
• bdb99 does not accept bets placed after the official start time of an event, except for designated in-play markets where this is explicitly permitted.

Casino and Slot Games

• All slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. bdb99 does not manipulate game results in any way.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within each game's information panel. RTPs reflect the expected long-term average and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bdb99 will investigate the incident. If the malfunction affected the fairness of the game result, the affected round will be declared void and the stake returned to the player. bdb99 is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults beyond the value of the voided stake.

Live Casino

Live dealer games are operated in real time by trained dealers. The results of all live games are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (e.g., dealing cards, spinning the roulette wheel) and are not influenced by bdb99 software. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game result, the video recording of the session will be used as the definitive record.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdb99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where legal obligations require it.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing or legitimising the proceeds of criminal activity. bdb99 is legally obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through matched betting, bonus hunting, arbitrage, or any systematic method designed to derive guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Cheating and collusion: Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage; using insider information in sports betting; sharing account access to circumvent betting limits.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or pricing mistake on the Platform to place bets or play games at odds or stakes that would not otherwise be available.
• Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution while retaining winnings or credits from the relevant deposit. bdb99 will pursue recovery of such funds through legal means if necessary.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdb99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bdb99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Suspension or Termination by bdb99

bdb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login or transactional activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bdb99 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at the email address on file before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — you will be required to complete identity re-verification.

Effect of Termination

Upon account termination — whether initiated by you or by bdb99 — all bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to KYC verification, the absence of fraud investigation, and compliance with these Terms. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, bdb99 reserves the right to retain the balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.
